More Boys

Mr. Smiles!  Love this kid!  He is just so happy and full of smiles and love!!!

Max ignoring us.  We were bugging him and he just decided to ignore us.  He tightly closed his eyes and COMPLETELY ignored us.  VERY FUNNY!

Love this pic! Porter has been too cute with Shawn lately.  In the morning if he is crying, he will go and get him out of his crib and bring him to me.  Porter is so proud that he helps us. He is the best older brother they could have!

I took Max to McDonalds. We stopped at a store and he found this $3 horse that I got couldn't say no; he just was so cute.  So here he is hugging this horse.  He is so fun right now.  Defiantly a mama's boy; which I love!

I was painting a stand I found at a yard sale.  Porter decided he wanted to paint something too.  So he got his little stand out of his room and Painted it multiple colors.  He was so proud!

Soccer melt down

...and this is why we are taking a break from soccer.  It takes us 15 to 45 minutes to get socks, shin-guards, and cleats on.  Here is one melt down...not sure what was wrong, oh wait, the sock was not straight, there was a bump at the toe.  OCD!!! Yes, he has gotten tons better, but obviously we still have more work.   Good thing he is a cute little soccer player!

OH Max

Max was playing in the water, "washing his hands."  I was watching him from the couch, but didn't realize the sink was plugged.  Luckly it ran into the other side of the sink.  I sternly said, "Max, oh my goodness, no more."  He was so upset and knew he did something wrong.  He would NOT look at me. So funny when he acts like this.

Max playing dead.  Really funny.  He will ignore everyone; lay completely still; but does not close his eyes.

Again, Max is playing dead.  He could do this all day.  Pretty funny.

Shawn is 3 months! So fun!

Playing monopoly with Porter, He was telling me to pay up. Rent was due on boardwalk. 

This past week we have been playing and playing this game.  

Reminds me when Kamilah and I played for weeks on end.  We had played for so long we had written down on paper how much money we had because we used all the money.   The board, houses, and hotels, were never put away.  Just left out for the next day we could play it. Fun times with both Porter and Kamilah!

Soccer game.  Porter actually did pretty good.  He scored two goals; which is huge for him.  I am trying to give him points for things he does.  Last week I said 4 points for pull backs...wrong thing to say.  He did like 8 pull backs and nothing else.  Very funny to watch.

Now this stinker bum is cute too. We went to the dollar store to pick out one toy for doing so good at soccer.  Max got a gun. I was talking to Mandy and she wanted to talk to Max.  When I asked Max if he wanted to talk to Mandy, this is the face he pulled and said, "no!" Then he was as happy as can be when he didn't have to talk to her.

The end of the day.  This my friends does not do my house justice (kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, not shown on purpose, people would have to turn off their computers in discuss) ...however, here is the small glimpse of my messy messy house.  Gotta keep it real, I don't live in a clean home.  I try and other days I don't.  But I tell ya what, if I know someone is coming in 5, 10 minutes, it is amazing the pick up I can do!

Happy 3 months old day!!!

I can't believe Shawn is 3 months old today! He just warms our hearts.  We are so lucky to have him in our home and he is a blessing to us all!  We love you Shawn!

Plus he is just so dang cute!  Such fun smiles, and today he gave me the best laugh.

Sleep

I just LOVE sleeping kids! Isn't it just so nice when bedtime comes...ahhh. Porter fell asleep in our bed.  When Max is loud he will ask if he can fall asleep in my bed.  I let him today.  He STILL folds his little green blanket up nicely as he falls asleep.  He has folded that thing ever since he learned how to fold. SO cute!

Porter and Max each took turns putting in the ingredients. They couldn't wait to lick the bowl.  Shawn just got to watch...good thing he doesn't know what he is missing out on.

It is finally a beautiful day.  We walked Porter to school.  Max kills me with his wiggle car.  He gets going so fast.  The kid has no fear. And Shawn is in the stroller just loving the fresh air.

Grateful for my savior.  Grateful for the atonement.  We are so lucky to celebrate this awesome day.  I know that he lives. I know that we all can live again.  I love my savior for all that he has and does for me.  I love my family!
